Welcome to p365 game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of the p365 game platform, including the website at p365game.net, our Android application, and all related gaming and betting services offered under the p365 game brand.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users in Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.

To register and use p365 game you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are not acting as an agent or proxy for another individual in order to circumvent these Terms.

• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from p365 game or had an account closed for a violation of these Terms.

p365 game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension pending review.

Each individual may register only one account on p365 game. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. This means:

• Do not share your password with anyone — p365 game staff will never ask for it.

• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

All deposits on p365 game are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallets listed on the deposit page. Available methods may change from time to time.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account suspended.
• p365 game does not charge a fee for standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes. In the event of a delay, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

p365 game reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used before processing withdrawals where a deposit has been made.

Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the payment account associated with your p365 game profile. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name on your p365 game account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is shown on the withdrawal page.
• Standard withdrawal processing targets same-day completion for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take 1–3 working days depending on the receiving bank.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Only real-money balance that has cleared playthrough conditions is eligible for withdrawal.
• p365 game may request identity and payment verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not a rejection of your request.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to failed verification or mismatched account details will be returned to your p365 game balance.

p365 game offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer details.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute less. Check the promotion page for specifics.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus can be held at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may forfeit the earlier offer.
• Abuse prevention: Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including through coordinated play or using multiple accounts, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

p365 game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions will not be altered retroactively for players who have already opted in and begun wagering.

The following rules apply to all sports bets, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and other markets available on p365 game:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the market is voided by p365 game.
• p365 game reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures or market integrity issues. Voided bets are returned to your balance in full.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. Markets may be suspended at any time during a match at p365 game's discretion.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be settled as void or carried forward depending on the specific sport and market rules stated on the betting page.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per market. These are displayed before confirmation. p365 game reserves the right to limit stakes on individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your real-money balance and are available for withdrawal once standard verification is passed.

For cricket specifically — including PSL, T20 World Cup and international bilateral series — market-specific rules are detailed on the relevant fixture page. Where conflict exists between general rules and market-specific rules, the market-specific rules take precedence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p365 game. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated scripts, bots or other software to interact with p365 game systems in a manner not intended for regular users.
• Any form of match-fixing, inside information betting or other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

p365 game employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly. Where a violation is confirmed, p365 game will act in accordance with these Terms.

p365 game collects and processes personal information in order to operate the platform, verify accounts, process payments and deliver customer support. The types of data collected include:

• Registration details (name, contact number, account credentials)
• Payment information (transaction records, payment method identifiers — not full card or account numbers)
• Gaming and betting activity
• Device and session data for security and fraud prevention
